About
I grew up in the south-west, and movement has always been a big part of my life. Dancing ballet and contemporary from childhood, I later looked for something a little more intentional, and leaned into an asana-based yoga practice around 10 years ago.

My practice has naturally layered up over time, with more focus on meditation, the breath and philosophical teachings. I later discovered Pilates as a rehabilitative support for dance injuries, but developed a much deeper appreciation for this practice far beyond its musculoskeletal benefits.
I teach mat Pilates, Yin/Vinyasa/Hatha, Barre, and day retreat events . I currently take Kundalini classes on a private/small group basis.

We experience the world through the body and mind only. Movement and spiritual practices provide us the powerful tools to generate joy, peace, energy, creativity, rest. They are a vehicle to connect us to self and other. One of the key reasons I practice and guide, is for its powerful community-building.

I approach the body in both its simplicity and finely tuned complexity. A living, breathing vessel that wants to move and be moved. Movement practices remind us that we are in the drivers seat of these vessels.

My approach to teaching is always to be led by joy, the breath, and the beat of the music. I enjoy blending traditional foundational movements and philosophies with more creative, intuitive elements.

I have over 450 hours of trainings experienced across the Uk and India (Hatha/Vinyasa/Yin, Kundalini, Breathwork and Mat Pilates). I am committed to deepening my experience with ongoing self-study and trainings.

I have been teaching across studios in the South West, and in Bali for around 3 years.
